AdFarm has a solid foundation, great culture, great people... lots of work. Very much structured as a "work hard" "play hard" environment. Lots of old school farm mentality... Thirsty Thursday's (who does this anymore???), Everyone eat lunch around the kitchen table (AWESOME), Use your manners (Yes), Know what is growing on the crop this year... Learn, Learn and Learn... And most importantly follow in the founders footsteps and remember to always be thankful.

Communication is one directional if it is provided at all. There is a lack of clear leadership which creates a stifled ability to make decisions. There is a no clear direction, training opportunities or succession planning. Key personalities are concerned more about looking good then doing the right thing and supporting those around them. This is a very ego driven culture. Majority of staff have been involved for 20+ years in the business and are unwilling to adapt or change to the economy, new generations, and way of doing business.
