Boring job with decent pay
Extremely simple job, mostly nice people and decent pay for a single person. Try not get on the bad side of the management. Not a good job to do in the long run.

Not a place I would recommend.
The work atmosphere is not good. The company is ruled by fear. Upper management is afraid of the owner. Middle management is afraid of getting fired and employees are afraid of everything. The stress level in the building can be tasted in the air.

Zero loyalty
I've work for the company for a long time spent many hours learning new stuff there, stayed when need and pretty much when all said and done if the new management didnt like out you go .Hard work will not save you, most of the employees are nice but you still have to watch your back it was fun but very stressful always wondering if you will have a job the next week good luck for anyone that starts and all the best

If you want to be in a warehouse setting than this is where you want to be
The cleanest and most beautiful warehouse facility I have ever been in. The company is worth a lot of money and it shows. The hours are good. They could afford to pay more but it is competitive for the location. If you take pride in what you do, management will notice and want to keep you around. I am very pleased with the patience and support I received from management. Just like any job, there is always someone that you want to keep close because getting on their bad side can make it an unhealthy atmosphere. I am not geared to be in a manufacturing setting but I hope one day I’m on the other side deploying the best equipment in the world and that’s what your getting with adamson product.

Don’t waist your time!!!
This place is an absolute joke!! Don’t even bother it would be a waist of time and stress you don’t need.. There is no job security, doesn't matter if you have been there for over a year or a couple weeks. They are back stabbing liars they tell you, you are one of the best workers but then fire you, they only tell people what they want to hear they dont know how to be honest. They will walk by you starring at you, there is absolutely no talking dont matter if its about work or not you will get in trouble. So there for there is no team work. You can do all the overtime you are allowed, they give you a list and you bust your butt to get it done for them then after lunch they fire you while they are hiring other people.. There is a click there and you better fit in with the group or your out.
