Market Researcher/Survey Interviewer (Former Employee) –  montreal, quebec13 June 2015
ive never had such a laid back job, amongst all the jobs this one takes the cake. I got raises quik n fast, easily without even knowing. supervisors were super chill mature ambiance yet young & fun, english & french both are respected, no favortism, everybody just wants to keep things simple & easy going. flexible shifts to choose from. can east, drink, doodle or read while working, just get the job done keep your rate up and everything is good. also, sometimes they have free food (leftovers sandwhiches that were served to focus groups).....if you like call center work, especially survey jobs, this is worth taking up. it does get boring in there especially if the co-workers besdie you aren't very socialbe or fun to chit chat with, but like any call center that cold be the case.
Pros
flexible shifts (2 each day), laid back supervisors, no pressure or bossy attitude, friendly motivational mature helpful kind etc etc, good pay, easy to get a raise, simple surveys that allow you to 'bend the rules sometimes'
Cons
no windows in the call center room, gets repetitve, sit down job, can get bored esp if calls are 'no answer/answering machine'

Noisy, Repetitive
Telephone Interviewer (Former Employee) –  Montreal, QC8 June 2015
Assigned to a station each day. Would make calls back to back trying to complete interviews. Hardest part of the job would be to catch the attention of a client. I enjoyed having small working hours but it was very tiring and repetitive.
Cons
Repetitive

Excellent place to work, great co-workers
Hostess (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC14 December 2014
I was a hostess for this company. My manager was wonderful, and dealt with any issues like a professional. Co-workers, including upper management are respectful and generally nice people. Got to meet a lot of different kinds of people and learn about market research and what goes into a product launch.
Only downside was there wasn't enough hours for hostesses and it was hard to find a second job as the hours were variable.
Pros
Free food most days, EXCELLENT management and co-workers
Cons
Not full time
