Good benefits, bad leadership
Written by Back-office Manager (Former Employee) from Remote on 7 November 2018
Active Network has terrible leadership and has lost all of its culture that most employees had come to love under previous management. Many changes have come over the years with mergers & acquisitions, we've lost hundreds of great employees due to major lay-offs and office closures.
ProsGreat benefits, good employees
ConsBad leadership, little room for promotion, full focus on employees at HQ
