Overall an ok place to workI found at Action Furnace there was alack of management and processes. Lots of unnecessary drama with staff, it affect the environment for all.The owners did not treat their technicians with much respect there for productivity was not essential.
Best company I've ever worked for I have been with this company for a few months now and with how it's been going, I see myself being here for a very long time. Management is very understanding and always have an open door to anything that needs to be talked about. The employees are one big family and everyone is always willing to help. We're never talked down to and communication levels are very high. If you're looking for a long time career, you've come to the right place.
Great culture that cares about employeesAction Furnace is an incredible workplace with great culture, fair wages and an attitude of always improving and changing for the better. The ownership group at Action Furnace have an incredible commitment to the happiness and growth of the employees. From a variety of team building activities throughout the year to continuous paid training and development the company commitment to excellence shows in their investment in building an incredible team of employees. The work / life balance is strong. As in many companies, the expectation of excellence is a continual focus and on occasion that means longer hours so that the customer base is serviced at high levels. This however is balanced by flexibility when needed as families and personal priorities are always expected to be the most important.Days are always interesting as we are often met with new and different challenges every day. It is a very collaborative environment where no one is left to tackle tough challenges on their own but where everyone is empowered to do right by customers.

Fun Workplace - Flexible Work From Home - Some Sink, Some SwimUnlike a lot of other HVAC companies, they lean towards doing the best thing for the customer when it makes sense.Techs make good money by selling but make decent pay and stay busy even if they don't.Techs that cut corners or make unneeded repairs usually get found out at some point and then get upset - company eats costs to fix those and other techs get paid to do it.CSRs have a pretty fun environment - funny chats.

Worst Place I've Ever WorkedEvery day is stressful because management is so disorganized and out of touch. The work culture is "why don't you do your job better" instead of "what I can I do to help you do you job better."
