Unless you want to argue and fight for your accounts and commission every day, then go work there!
Basically, you get new leads every week , and its assign to you but anyone really can go and sell it and nobody will do anything about it, They setup rules that no-one follows !! bottom line , you loose ur accounts, the commission, and getting frustrated every day at work, because you will watch accounts that that you worked for months, being sold by another agent and take your commission and believe me there is nothing you can do about it, its its what it is and you just have to be ok with it No salary review no matter how may years you work there and you will not be making 65k more like 32-40! No organized experienced sales rep will accept such!Installer/Service Technician in Burlington, ON

Good money with high stress environment.
High turn around rate in both office staff and field technicians. Company not well managed. Long working days are common with last minute added on service calls. Far driving well out of the GTA due to shortage of technicians. Most days there is no time for lunch breaks and if you don’t take it you will still get it deducted off your time sheet so they reduce your overtime. Unsolds in Burlington, On

Great place to work
I had been out of the workforce for several years as a stay at home mom. When I started working here it felt like I had been here a long time. The management is great and my coworkers made me feel comfortable from the first day. The office is a laid back environment. I feel they truly care about the employee's at the company. The only thing I regret is not being here sooner. Apply here, you wont regret itStairlift Installer in Canada

depressing company to work for
absolutely no training system in place. they just have you follow ppl around & hope that you learn fast. Heavy lifting/warehouse work/lots of cleaning during training all while getting paid below min. wage. (training is around 2 months average). your work van will be full of garbage after 2-3 days and they expect you to find your own place to throw it at. Management is rude and expects you to do free work. Any overtime is questioned. They have 8-10 guys that quit in the past 6 months and around 5 guys got fired. Very depressing to work here.Recruiter in Burlington, ON

Work environment
Great place to work. Staff and Management are welcoming and provide an positive environment for you to learn. Feels like a second family - just a great team of individuals working towards a similar goal. Great perks - 3 weeks vacation, monthly recognition, benefits, great people - we work hard during work hours but after hours are your own - no emails to check or work to be done at home! Great work/life balance. What would you say about your employer?
