The position I was in had not advancement opportunity. When ACI took over ORCC they promised a position for all employees but in fact they laid-off most of the employees their to make room to bring in their own people.

I enjoyed working at ACI Worldwide, however, there was a total lack of support from management. I spoke with the VP of Digital Marketing on a more consistent basis than my own manager. She did not know how to communicate very well and was hardly ever involved or helpful in the projects that I was assigned to. The Marketing department worked with www.salesforce.com and there was a lack of control on input into that system, thus creating major problems to develop meaningful reports out of it. It was very challenging and my ideas on how to control this were not utilized.

Good Company with work life balance. Loosely manged - could improve on senior leadership. Lacks Job guarantee as the organisation trims roles every year and asks people to leave(good thing is, the severance package is reasonable)

Although some customers can make a great day go south, everyone at ACI always made us feel cared for! Whenever we would be busy during tax season they provided lunch. Definitely would recommend this place.

A typical day at ACI consist of frustrated customers calling in to have banking issues resolved. There were many elderly customer's that required assistance getting into their banking profile and resetting passwords and security questions. Customer's would also called into have research done for their mortgage payments that were sent through bill pay.

The management at ACI cares a lot more about making more money than it does taking care of their employees. They announce slightly better "benefits" to cover up the fact that they are laying people off left and right with no warning.

Typical work day is fast paced, from start until finish. Management can be pretty direct, blunt and overwhelming. Your peers are generally amazing people that you just won't find anywhere else. Hardest part of the day is keeping on task with the busy schedule.

Too many meetings and the "frAIGLE" process killed inovatation and productivity. Executive management spent more time creating elaborate displays/commercials for "All Hands Meetings" events (every 3 months) then they did taking care of their employees. Most of the United States jobs are slowly being removed to be replaced with Kazan Russia employees.
Older management and team were amazing to work with.

Fast paced changing environment. Yearly reorganization and job elimination. This makes for a stressful environment to feel secure. The people working there are a hard working and dedicated team of people. People work very well together. The executive management team does not seem to know what is going on at the employee level and there seems to be no reason why they change direction as often as they do.
