Heavy Equipment Operator (Current Employee) - Fort McMurray, AB

Great company I love it there but I cannot pay to work in Fort Mcmurray and have my home in Kelowna any longer, I need a position with camp and flights, if had this to offer I would not be looking to leave them.

Job was great . Management needs alot of work . The crew was great to work with . Also surprise wage cuts. Very dis jointed leadership and severe lack of guidance. Happy to be away from them .

Friendly environment. Good work/life balance. Good medical plan. Could use some work with management but other than that it's a pretty good place to work.

Corporate HSE Advisor (Former Employee) - Fort McMurray, AB

HR is called in for everything. If they don't like you they'll write you up for the smallest infractions. They do not treat their workers fairly. Management will throw their employees under the bus for anything. disgusting work culture.
