Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 4 March 2022
They were treating us as if we were robots, our suggestion were not taken into account!! Not good salaries! There is always insult from the people that we call, bad bad bad experience, please don't work there! You will lose your life and you will get zero experience. And in the top of that!! The management is so bad and not friendly at all!

Cons
stressful, harsh supervision

Boring workplace
Phone Agent (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 2 November 2021
It's a boring workplace with absolutely no chance for advancement unless you've been there for ages, at which point the advancement isn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there for over half a year. However the management was generally good and friendly as long as you respected them.

Poor management
Telephone agent Monitor (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 9 June 2021
Does not engage staff, high turn over rate, does not recognize good employees. Power hungry call centre supervisors that don't have proper communication or leadership abilities are unethical cheat survey responses to meet quotas client targets.
Pros
None
Cons
Everything

Worst place to work
Agent (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 2 December 2020
You don't have any job security. Supervisors are so rude to you and always find different ways to give you warning and terminate you from work. They don't listen to you and don't understand your situation.
Pros
Schedule hours accordingly
Cons
Worst supervisors, negative environment

Stressful job
Phone Interviewer (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 9 June 2020
At the beginning everything it's ok, but they started to cancel your shift the same day and sometimes you only work two nights per week, that's only 8 hours.
Pros
You choose your schedule
Cons
They cancel your shifts

It's very boring.
Telephone Interviewer (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 13 March 2020
You get good money but it's so boring and dead end. If you're not productive (because people aren't picking up calls and you keep getting answering machines, which is not your fault) you get sent home.

Don't work unless you are starving to death
Interviewer téléphonique (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 10 November 2019
The work environment is horrible. It is so depressed and sad. You feel so depressed without any reason and supervisors are not at all helpful. They cancel your shift before 2 hours so it messes up your plan.so unless you are starving, don't work here

Productive and fast paced work place.
Telephonic interviewer (Former Employee) - Downtown Toronto - 28 October 2019
As a newcomer was the first job. Learnt many things about Canadian work culture. Interacted to people of different communities and age groups that inculcated confidence and adaptability. Only drawback was the old microphones and systems used there which gave me pain in the ears so had to leave.

Mentally stressful
Interviewer (Current Employee) - Montréal, QC - 30 September 2019
It is hard to work there for a very long time, not doing anything but staring at a screen. It gets stressful when you get sent home when you don't complete surveys.

Busy but productive work environment, with mostly high individual work
RESEARCH AND DATA ANALYSIS EXPERT (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 19 September 2019
Usually vey quiet in the work place, little to no interaction between work members. However decent work place that gives good opportunity to gain experience in a call centre.

Not the greatest
Call center representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 9 September 2019
Working in a call centre as a call centre representative, you can expect a very boring, routine job, but this office was poorly managed, chaotic and the stress the job entails isn't worth it.
