I worked at Access Research on and off for 3 years. It was my first job. All your shift is spent behind a computer on the phone all shift trying to get consumers to complete surveys. Quite repetitive and you MUST complete a quota (even though at times its a bit challenging). If you need a job then yeah go for it, but it is quite stressful. Management - more ... was okay. - less
