Ok place to work but living so far away is a pain so if im lucky to have a 10hr shift it turns into 14hrs day with traveling to and from work on top. hardest part of job is CARS+ computer program for booking/returning cars and all other aspects behind renting a cars. Most enjoyable part of this job is meeting/greeting customers and making them feel special as we greet them at the bottom of the escalators upon arrival at airport, assist with luggage and have simple return instructions.

Always many things to do during the day, from checking the manifest for the day, delivering cars to the airport and picking up returned cars. Making sure the panel shop customers were looked after with loan cars.
Checking the emails and replying to customer enquiries in a speedy and efficient manner
