This is Angela McGuire. I am the owner of the company and I am very disappointed to hear these things about your experience with my company. I assure you that our policy in situations where a PSW is double booked is that we make sure that the PSW is compensated for that shift and paid for the shift as it is our error. With regards to your other concerns I would definitely like an opportunity to speak with the manager about these details but I need to know more information. I always recommend that all PSWs can call me with any issues or concerns. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your concerns and I will make sure that you get paid for the shift that you were double booked. My phone number is 905-807-3100 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Again, my apologies for the negative experience that you have had with my company. Please contact me as I would like to make things right.
