Accenture Employee Review

Pros and Cons

A typical day of work tends to be decent and I've learned alot about marketing, customer service, sales and company cultures. However, with that comes controlling management for larger clients. Everything is done under a microscope and if you love high pressure jobs, this is great for you. When I started at Accenture, they had so many employees but, the longer I worked there, the more toxic the environment came to be. However, they do tend to give you snacks as a morale booster about 3 times a week but, at the end of the day, I see less pros than cons to working there.

Pros

Company is involved in the community. SNACKS.

Cons

Difficult clients. Controlling environment. Larger clients tend to be too high pressure.

Hard time for pto

very hard to get your PTO approved. you have to let your Manager or Team lead know about your PTO 6 months in advance. That's the worst experience i had with location of Accenture.
