Fun place and lots of learning
Business Development Analyst (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 29 March 2023
Fun place to work at and lots of learning. Work life balance is good but it depends on the projects as well. Overall, career growth is kind of slow but my experience was good.

Good company
Architect (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 27 March 2023
Accenture is a global consulting firm that is known for its extensive training and development programs for employees. However, it's worth noting that you may be assigned to projects that are not aligned with your interests or goals, and you may need to be flexible in your work assignments.

Good Work Life Balance Terrible peer group
Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 16 February 2023
Fun place to work but really bad place to start your career. Too many bureaucratic hurdles to get your voice heard and ends up sapping the enthusiasm out of you. Peer group was very fun loving but aimless in terms of future career goals.

I think it is a wonderful place to work. From the start of my hiring process to actual job implementation, I felt respected and valued for my time. My salary reflects that. There is space in this company to grow, and be valued for your unique perspective.

Toxic Team and Management
Executive Support (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 24 June 2021
Poor due diligence and hiring practises . Very competitive team environment with little to no collaboration. The management does not care about entry-level staff. In 2020, without any thought to their years of contribution or circumstances, 25,000 people globally (at all levels) were laid-off by US Management, who did not know anything or care about Canadian staff. Whistleblower mentality, which is followed-up with investigations and interrogation by on-staff lawyers.
Pros
WFH 2 days
Cons
Low pay

Complicated organisation
Solutions Architect Associate Manager (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 10 March 2021
Lost in the “Lala land” diverse organisations No focus strategy, 90% of meeting and announcement not relevant. Managing directors don’t communicate properly. Skills algorithms are a joke. Most confusing environment, the only thing worth is training, however it does not provide any opportunities for project involvement. Too many overlapping acquisitions, which leads to silo , private club organisations.
Pros
Training
Cons
Confusing organisations, non relevant meetings and miss communications. Way too many chiefs and no Indians
