Stressful and unprofessional place

Technical Support Analyst for meta (Current Employee) - Becket building east road - 4 April 2023

No working life balance - management unprofessional with poor knowledge and zero care about people.Stressful schedule with 6 days in a row and only 1 day off, weekend included. Schedule Rotation never fair it depends your race and country of provenience and your relashionship with managers and tls. I can suggest this job and company only to my enemy, stay away its like a plague there specially for meta project.

Great company to work for and Great teach support team.Positive work environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Tech support is busy environment however, colleague support is always there. Great team work i have seen ever. Tech support management is awesome. No pressure policy. Senior executives, senior managers and Managers are very helpful in all work/life balance.

Unacceptable.

You work on phones and don’t get time off for funerals. They refused to give me a raise and new hires were making $3+ more than me. They don’t give appropriate funding for the work you do. The workload is obnoxious. They are yes men, and will keep giving you work even if you’re over worked. They don’t care about you at all. Everyone was refused vacation time over Covid??? Because the “client” wouldn’t approve?
