Lack of realiable employees
Crossed trained in both Front Desk and Reservations department. It can be overwhelming at first but once you get how everything works its not so bad. Decent pay rate with possible raise based on your job performance. High in demand with customer service, you MUST have a lot of patience. Just a warning NO SET SCHEDULE.
