Not honest

Few thoughts:- front line staff are wonderful. Very responsive, polite and a pleasure to talk to- colleagues from the agency- great- management is where it all falls apart. Esp the owner. Disrespectful, full of assumptions and judgements. For one, I was promised a bonus after working a certain number of hours. I worked said number of hrs- i got no bonus. I emailed asking about it- no response...

Excellent team to work with.

My hiring journey with acela was so quick. They have long hours .lots of shifts and whenever I have any problems when I make known my superiors it is addressed promptly. I love the company so much except that they have no benefits. If they were to have benefits the job security will be great. so far of all the organizations I have worked with they are second to none.

Respectful and reqarding employer

People are one of their greatest assets. If you perform well and meet their expectations, you will be valued and complimented. I guess this is how it should be everywhere. Schedulers have been really great, just to give them credit. We are being spoiled with shift premiums as well. I feel like an important person in this company.
