The company's team are very cooperative. I learned the practical way of doing accounting and used Navision software to create sales invoices and billing schedules. The workplace culture is really good and helps me to create good relationships.

Good pay and chance for experience

Planes are all new, and equipment is very nice! If you are willing to work hard, they will find work for you. 2 months on/ 1 month off is not that great if you have a family, but in the aviation industry, it beats sitting at home. You will gain experience flying in some of the world's most demanding airspace.
Pay is the best for this type of work, and other pilots are well qualified.

Excellent place to work and to grow.
Project Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC8 November 2012
I was responsible for the management of aviation projects for Acass in partnership with Bombardier aerospace. Daily acitivities included flight operations managment, staff recruitment, and financial tracking and analysis.

The most enjoyable part of the role was the travel and the people I met from various countries and worked with.

Cons
24/7 support required me to work almost 80 hrs a week
