Great small staff work environmentThis college was a great place to get to know the educational industry. Sales professionals were limited by the population constraints in the campus. It lead to great career opportunities elsewhere. Great place for people in sales wanting around $45000-$60000

Poor communication and interview etiquetteI had an in-person interview, which went well and they asked me to prepare a sample lesson. We had set up a time and focus for the lesson. I prepared the sample lesson, came to the office with my handouts and material ready, and the interviewer told me that the sample lesson was not happening. No notice was provided that the lesson wasn't happening until I arrived. It was a very frustrating experience.

Working with a supportive co worker is a nice experienceAs I am a part time employee, I understand that I have less work hours however, I still hope my hours could be increased. I am very much aware that I have only a certain number of hours per week. And I am looking forward to working more hours n the future. My co worker is supportive as she provides much needed assistance whenever I need it. The management, is considerate. The students are generally nice.

Loved my coworkers who made coming to work fun everydayI enjoyed my students and my coworkers. The school was very committed to the students and held award ceremonies once a month to acknowledge their hard work.
