Disorganized, Lack of Employee Rights and Consideration, Very domineering manager

The manager had a policy that tutors could not prepare student materials in advance. Everything was prepared while the student came in (lesson worksheets and homework). However, this becomes an issue when you are tutoring 2 or more students at the same time. Sometimes one student requires further attention due to experiencing challenge in the worksheet. This was often the case and made it difficult to balance equal amount of time to both students. There are no lunch breaks or snack breaks. Tutors are expected to work 5 hours straight. By law in Ontario, you must have a break if you are working 5 or more hours. This has not been considered by the manager either.
