What would you suggest Absolute Results management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Wake up and realize it takes more than free pizza and speaking to people once a month to show you care about employees. Time to realize the top management are basically inept beyond sales. Taking more interest of what's inside the company frequently rather than only when time to put out fires might actually help down the road.
