Rig manager (Former Employee) – Spruce Grove, AB – 4 March 2019
Management is old school, personnel are a dime a dozen, no organization, trucks are poorly maintained Personnel without class 1 licenses are driving semis.. The pay is decent. They like too party. Lots of substance abuse.
Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice (Former Employee) – Millet, AB – 23 January 2019
this company was small when i worked for them one welder and myself as the mechanic. long lunches not much overtime but a fun little shop to work at, working on dirictional drilles and excavators also trucks and trailers.
Welder/Shop Manager (Former Employee) – Nisku, AB – 30 April 2018
Inexperienced front office and management. Human resources does not exist. Wage is low and advancement is impossible. Dangerous as rig hands drink and use drugs in the field and in the shop. Safety isn't a priority and the equipment is rather unsafe or in very poor shape. Lay offs are on a steady rotation of every 6 months. All and all i would say this would have been one of the most unprofessional places that i have worked and would "NOT" recommend this employment to anyone.
