Poor management and very unsafe
Welder/Shop Manager (Former Employee) –  Nisku, AB30 April 2018
Inexperienced front office and management. Human resources does not exist. Wage is low and advancement is impossible. Dangerous as rig hands drink and use drugs in the field and in the shop. Safety isn't a priority and the equipment is rather unsafe or in very poor shape. Lay offs are on a steady rotation of every 6 months. All and all i would say this would have been one of the most unprofessional places that i have worked and would "NOT" recommend this employment to anyone.
Cons
management is clue less, unsafe and pay is low
