(1) Have a place for feedback. A lot of the RAs are unhappy with the structure of the workplace, but nobody asks for RAs' opinions and they're fallen onto deaf ears. We want to have an actual conversation with the CEO or other management, but they all feel very disconnected/unreachable.(2) Create a sense of community. Pre-COVID-19, there were services put in place to make the workplace feel like home and my colleagues like a family (e.g. staff lunches, in-person meetings, birthday celebrations, Christmas get-togethers). But the company is not prioritizing that, and is no rush to bring it back.
