It will seem hectic at first, but once you are familiar with your territory and the expectations put on you it's actually a fairly calm process. People that complain about the pace and stress just failed to set themselves up properly. If you solve your customers' problems in a proactive manner there won't be any need to run around like crazy. Some days things happen beyond your control and it adds to your workload, but you just need to manage your route and customers expectations and you'll be fine.
