Over a period of two years I grew to see that the management wanted the employees to be dishonest with the clients.
It did not matter what the problem Abacus management would never consider letting a client out of the contract.
Even if it had been established the Abacus product did not fit the client's needs.
I was about profit, not service or - more... quality. Don't get me wrong, nothing is wrong about profit. To the management at Abacus it is the only thing of focus.
Employee needs and client satisfaction are never a consideration. - less
