Great thus far.

First week and it's has been great. Can't give a 5 star due to how premature it has been, but no complaints thus far. Dispatchers are great and friendly and the overall staff is nice.

AAA Express is a great place to work. I would recommend them to a friend. It is a very relaxing place to work and very flexible. Easy to navigate their App, dispatch/supervisor team is great. Essentially if your available and able to take an order your sent one.

Place to work just for a short time

Is a place to work just for a short time, you can't grow and the schedule is variable. You must be ready to work since 6:30 am and don't have a permanent schedule to finish. You don't have any benefit, you must sign as a Contractor and you earn money by commissions, no base.

AAA Express does indeed offer the opportunity to drivers to grow within AAA Express. The ads clearly state that this is commission based and that we only seek owner operators with experience. While you have stated that you worked here a short time, there are other independent brokers who have been under contract with AAA Express\ for over 30 years and have grown with this company. In addition, our office opens at 7AM not 6:30AM. Owner/Operator work is not for everyone. Thank you for your opinion.

Very unprofessional and low pay

I wirked there for over 6 weeks with 8-9 hours Monday to friday and my pay was NEVER over $900 for the week. My gas for the week cost $550! I have a sprinter van! I told them I could not continue at that low pay and they responded by HOLDING my last two paycheques for 30 days. Very bad and unprofessional in my opinion and I would not recommend anyone apply there. If you do, good luck!

The reason why this broker made such low commissions is he only showed up 2 to 3 days per week. When he did show up, it was later in the morning when all of the good paying calls were already taken by the more eager and professional brokers. Regarding holding his commissions, this broker did not provide the required 30 days notice for terminating the contract (standard in the industry) and the agreement stipulated that AAA Express could holdback the remaining commissions for up to 30 days.There is a good reason why we have been in business for over 50 years, so ignore this former broker's negative review.
