Assembler (Current Employee) –  Montréal, QC30 January 2019
I think every body don't have identity in AAA . because the job placement changes throughout the entire period, the friends and the authorities change, and you can not plan anything for more two or three months, when they have no projects, you have to stay at home for the whole time and wait for their phone. In the work environment I worked on.

Storekeeper (Former Employee) –  North York, ON30 November 2018
This company as of right now in a state of influx, massive layoffs are being done as well as they have lost multiple contracts and do not seem to be getting any soon. In short don't expect to be there long term as you are quite expendable.
Pros
Good down-time once your work is done, friendly co-workers
Cons
Long hours

Poor management, inefficient production
Aircraft Structural Assembler (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON5 September 2018
A typical day for you will be starting with pick up a work order from your team lead, and install parts on the aircraft according to specification. but because this company is so disorganized, a lot of time you won't be able to finish your job, either because of missing parts, or lack of tooling. If you are student just graduated from school, this place is not bad for a start, especially for the pay they offer. You will learn something if you meet the right people, but overall this is a company without future.
Pros
On time pay check
Cons
Poor managment

Sahara bandits
Aircraft Manager - Group Lead (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON12 November 2018
This place reminded of a pit stop in the middle of a desert frequented by thieves and shady characters ... from a distance looks enticing but as you dig-in, it's rootin. Be prepared to be disappointed and shaken to your core by the of lack of a well-run system, strategic planning, ownership, company culture, low compensation, praise and loyalty... This is a painful place to work, specially if are seasoned and remotely driven.. unless you enjoy incompetence and can conform/assimultate, in which case there is no issue

Their posturing is a reflection of their customer's weak and disorganized program management and complete indifference about pretty much everything. If you are a new comer to Canada - good place to get your Canadian experience and get out in 6 months! If you have been around for a while don't bother unless you enjoy self inflicted pain!
Pros
Learn details about aircraft assembly
Cons
Disorganized, incomponent two faced management, cheap, no such thing as security

Pas de suivi, pas bon salaire versus d'autre sous-traitant pour même travail, travail permanent non permanent
Agent logistique (Former Employee) –  Saint-Laurent, QC13 June 2018

Methods Engineer (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON7 August 2018
Company is Totally disorganized. You have to "fight" for your chair and laptop at the beginning of every workday. Shifts are brutal, no support from your bosses and/or management whatsoever. Also, pay is very bad.

technicien (Former Employee) –  Lasal21 May 2018
If you are career orientend well... go elsewhere if you have a lot of experience. If not, it is a great starting point. Though the opporunities are there, you can go to a place where they won't pay you like a recent graduate when you have 15 years of experience.

If you value a work / life balance don't go there either as they will expect you to put in more hours than what you signed up for

Production Supervisor, Aerolia/Stelia FRANCE (Former Employee) –  Toronto, Canada.24 October 2017
Partecipato all'
assemblaggio e inspezione della prime due ali.
Poi , mesi dopo, abbiamo osservato l' aereo decollare per la prima volta.
Pros
Lavorare a Toronto.
Cons
Compagnia cresciuta troppo rapidamente.

One of the worst companies ive worked for
Assembler (Former Employee) –  Downsview, ON27 July 2017
Management sucks because they are clueless. They promote unqualified people and disregard more experienced and educated people. The cheapest company for pay rate and raises in the industry yet they expect you to know everything. Most of the time you are either looking for tools or looking for parts then they ask whats taking so long for you to finish the job
Pros
None
Cons
Bad pay. No tools. No parts. Unorganized management

Mechanic and System Technician/ Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON1 June 2017
I start my job by checking the daily work and set up the workable jobs and hand them over to the employees. I help them to be initiative and do their job perfect and clean. I review the documents and communicate with method engineer and the engineering department if there is an issue. I attend the meeting and perform the presentation for the supervisors the work progress and daily plan and two weeks ahead of plan to improve the productivity and to meet the requirements.

Methods Agent (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON11 November 2017
AAA canada is a placement, it means they don't care about performance, olny physical attendance matters so that they can charge Bombardier. Payment is very low. It is like a jungle, no rule, no room to sit.
I love it!!!!
