Agent logistique (Former Employee) –  Saint-Laurent, QC13 June 2018

Do not wish to discuss
technicien (Former Employee) –  Lasal21 May 2018
If you are career orientend well... go elsewhere if you have a lot of experience. If not, it is a great starting point. Though the opporunities are there, you can go to a place where they won't pay you like a recent graduate when you have 15 years of experience.

If you value a work / life balance don't go there either as they will expect you to put in more hours than what you signed up for

Methods Agent (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON11 November 2017
AAA canada is a placement, it means they don't care about performance, olny physical attendance matters so that they can charge Bombardier. Payment is very low. It is like a jungle, no rule, no room to sit.
I love it!!!!

Difficile comprendere cosa e urgente o meno.
Production Supervisor, Aerolia/Stelia FRANCE (Former Employee) –  Toronto, Canada.24 October 2017
Partecipato all'
Pros
Lavorare a Toronto.
Cons
Compagnia cresciuta troppo rapidamente.

One of the worst companies ive worked for
Assembler (Former Employee) –  Downsview, ON27 July 2017
Management sucks because they are clueless. They promote unqualified people and disregard more experienced and educated people. The cheapest company for pay rate and raises in the industry yet they expect you to know everything. Most of the time you are either looking for tools or looking for parts then they ask whats taking so long for you to finish the job
Pros
None
Cons
Bad pay. No tools. No parts. Unorganized management

HR Business Partner (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 June 2017
There's no end to the work day... ever. You're expected to put in more than 50 hours of work a week without any additional compensation at all. There are no perks.

Mechanic and System Technician/ Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON1 June 2017
I start my job by checking the daily work and set up the workable jobs and hand them over to the employees. I help them to be initiative and do their job perfect and clean. I review the documents and communicate with method engineer and the engineering department if there is an issue. I attend the meeting and perform the presentation for the supervisors the work progress and daily plan and two weeks ahead of plan to improve the productivity and to meet the requirements.

Average work experience
SYSTEM SPECIALIST Maintenance Control Centre (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON16 May 2017
I would rate my experience with AAA Canada as pretty average. You went in got to work and everyone minded their own business. Management was not efficient with workflow and you were constantly waiting around for parts that you needed to do any sort of work with.

Pros
temps supplémentaire possible
Cons
aucune expertise, aucun avancement, aucune organisation

could do better with management
Aircraft structure assembler (Current Employee) –  Mississauga, ON28 December 2016
some of the management have no clue what they are doing,

every couple of months new schedule reduces productivity by 90%, clue less people at top.

They need to wake-up if they wanna do something batter in aviation industry .

GETTING PAID ON TIME WITH RIGHT AMOUNT IS MIRACLE.
Pros
u can learn if you want .
Cons
timings, bad management, bad pay, and so on..

Couldn't find a worse environment if one had to look
Employee (Former Employee) –  Toronto23 September 2016
Romper room type mentality starting from the manageress who hadn't a clue how to run a program, was let go by Bombardier and ended up somehow there. Cronyism rampant, agency oblivious. Would never recommend except to stay away. Many did or left.
Pros
Zero
Cons
A very bad environment to subject oneself to
