Too l much red tape. asking for school documents going all the way back to high school diploma. This is ok if you just finished high school but when you are a senior COS specialist you graduated high school over 20 or 30 years ago since then the school system has changed.

I was interviewed by two managers. I was told later by my manager that she wouldn't have picked me. She said, "You wouldn't have been my first selection, but you will fit in fine". They ask various questions about getting angry clients; tell us when you went out of your way to help a client. It is not based on a points system. It is based more on popularity and how each manager feels they can take advantage of you without you complaining. I wasn't a complainer when I worked there.
