No job security !!!

Job is too risky. Climbing tall buildings to clean gutters and windows is not worth it. The compensation is low and the boss is rude. Fires employees for no reason. Work for one month then you get laid off without notice.

A+ runs a system that takes care of the customer and the employees. I'll admit it's not great if you don't like physical work, or a position that give you back what you put in, but if you do it's awesome.
