CHILD AND YOUTH WORKER (Current Employee) - Markham, ON - 24 February 2020
This workplace was a good experience if you just got out of college/university. I personally learned a lot here and grew a bit. This is not a place where you want to invest a lot of time; the management do not care about your personal life or person well-being. They pay is also not great for the amount of work you put in. Other than that, it’s an alright place to work because of the staff.

A typical day at work includes a lot of laughs. Though there may be stressful days, residents and staff alike make your day brighter.
Great coworkers who genuinely become a second family.
Residents become important members of your life.
