Good people, owner is non existent but cheapManager and assistant manager are great people doing their best with what they've got. Store hours had to change because of staff shortages so my hours have been cut unexpectedly which sucks. I'm in college and they do their best to work around school schedules but they can only do so much. But if you are good to them they're good to you. The regular customers are awesome for the most part, of course there are always customers that aren't nice but that's retail/foods for you. I do actually enjoy the job itself, very fast paced I'd say 95% of the time, so you're always busy which is good. I don't particularly like all my coworkers.but for the most we all get along and work well together. The own is cheap though. Really frustrating. He won't let anyone work more than 6-7 hours a shift even though there are some that would gladly work 8-9 hours a shift and then we wouldn't have to change our hours.Good first job for kids.

Food Service Worker in Guelph, ON
Offer but no follow throughWas offered a position but the HR did not answer my questions then canceled the offer. This is a low quality job to begin with, but HR ignoring your questions then pretending you never tried to put in the effort so they could rescind your offer is just funny. If this is how the onboarding process is...stay away from this low quality job.
