Amazing workplace with a great management and great franchisee

A&W scenic in lethbridge AB has an amazing management team and made my 2 years of work very enjoyable. I even got to know the franchisee who is a very kind individual who shows to care about the people working in his restaurants

Co - workers were friendly and welcoming, management was supportive and understanding, it was an overall good place to work. The hours were long but during rush hours it felt like it went by more quickly.

Good people. Fast paced work. Got 4 raises in one summer. Good for anyone. Some supervisors were kind other weren't. Wouldn't work here again. Going back to school

easy but stressful place to work

My time at a&w has not been horrible but it by any means has not been the best workplace. I have had lots of issues with certain staff members, very nosey and ignorant at times, there is also a huge problem with communication. Some workers will speak other languages on the job. would not recommend working here to a friend but cannot complain, it is a fast food place and there are bound to be issues.
