Low wages, micromanagement, as in the gm likes to stand next to you, watching you work instead of looking after his own tasks, super fast pace environment and not in a good way, lack of respect for employees, it's basically the place for people with language barrier and lack of education who will accept low wages, management has hostility when communicating, low job security, constant turn over

Very lower paid for welder, even you possess high level certifications, a plant manager always sneaks around you and standing back of your at working time everyday, lack of the knowledge of management and technology of mechanical fabrication, brush the guys who reported about plant organizations and technical issues , unfairly treat and distinguish the employees, the company haven’t cultural ,spirit and respect, the job was boring, repeatedly and not fun.

Very lower pay rate for welder, hiring almost immigrants, the plant manager always sneaks around you and standing your back when you working time, the plant manager is no knowledge management and mechanical background for fabrication of plant, is mad of reported management and technical issues , unfairly treat and distinguish the employees, no cultural ,spirit and respect, the job was repeatedly and not fun.

work with great people and good work environment. enjoy working where hours are very flexable. company has great employees and great management. big company where the work doesnt stop
