It felt like the trenches

Low wages, micromanagement, as in the gm likes to stand next to you, watching you work instead of looking after his own tasks, super fast pace environment and not in a good way, lack of respect for employees, it's basically the place for people with language barrier and lack of education who will accept low wages, management has hostility when communicating, low job security, constant turn over
