Great work in a fast paced environment. Good hours early starts and early off. Also great compensation plan. Well paid for your working hours and time given.

Courier driver

Dispatcher are bad, they do not care about driver and pay low. They send us around circles and wasting time when less work. Everyday drive round per day 250-300km.

Liars / pay sucks

You work like a work horse, The pay sucks and it is not what they say it is. You don’t even make $500 a wk. Don’t waste your time with these ppl. As a courier driver, you should make at least $300 / day. And there’s no gas allowance like the ad says there is.

Share your experience to help others

Courier driving is not for everyone.

Expenses are yours to subtract from about $700 a week on average. People are nice both from the company and the customers. Dealing with traffic is stressful and plan on having a minor accident once a year or so.

Pros

Freedom

Cons

Low net earnings

Courier

As a self-employed courier driver with own vehicle. It depends on your attitude and ability to commit yourself. This is easily a 12 hour job on commission; commission is based on the market demand on delivery in the area you've been assigned to. if you're good you could make between 800-1000 weekly tax free on a car. vans or cubes make different rate and depends on your performance. treat dispatch with respect and you'll get good jobs.

Cons

long hours
