As long as they use concrete in construction there will be a place for A&B concrete. They are adaptable, and will change as the times require. Their fleet of pumps are newer model Putzmeisters (read: dependable) and later model Alliances. Also a few older Concords which are slowly being phased out. A good place for good operators who have a good work ethic and don’t mind long hours (pre- covid anyway) For trainees, it’s not easy, lots of responsibility and you have to stay sharp.

How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at A&B Concrete Pumping (2007) Ltd.? What are the steps along the way?

Once you are called in on your resume, you are invited to go on a ride along to see what the jobs entails. If you decide it's what u are looking for you start a 3 month training schedule where you go with another operator on all his jobs and slowly learn the ropes. At the end of three months if you are comfortable, you get your own pump.
