Manager is on salary and is expected to work well past 40 hours a week(often 60 plus while only getting paid the 40)
Employees do everything, all the ordering, cleaning, untying away deliveries, cooking and are expected to still give exceptional customer service even while company keeps cutting back hours so less and less shifts are double covered It’s a collaborative place to work and fun if the manager is goid

Get ready to give up your entire life and slave away day and night for bare minimum compensation. This company should be completely banned and illegal! They take full advantage of their managers and all staff and treat them like complete garbage.
Pros
NOTHING - give up your entire life and be their bi-tch
Cons
Everything is a CON

I learned a lot from my exsperience with this company. They have a long training program, but I found you were left to figure a lot out on your own. They expect you to juggle so much with minimal staff and hours, especially when you run a 24 hour business. Overall would not work a job like this again.

Not enough money for what the company expects. You are on call 24/7. You need to be every where at once. Deal with customers and not all are sober. Upper management does not understand the day to day stress of the job. No firm company protocol the FC and Market Managers seem to make things up as they go along and you get to many different answers for the same question. No one seems to want to make a decision.

Cons
no work life balance in fact yu are expected to give up your life and family for the store
