When you first start out you'll be on the "Prospect" team which are the newbies. Their commission structure is different than the "Premium" team who are more experienced and have higher quotas.

On prospect once you make $350 (your weekly quota) for the week you are paid 100% commission. If you make less than $350 you only make 75% commission.

commissions are paid out a month later for the precious month. For example, all the money you earned in December will be paid out in January and so on.
