Poor procedure and training
VAULT CUSTODIAN (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON7 August 2019
All work need to be done but no supports. No proper training. No life balance. It's a point the finger culture with no solutations to correct the issues that you face on a daily basis.
Punishment by having employees stay long hours until the issues are found instead of having procedures in place to prevent such issues from happening in the first place.

Good company but very poor customer
Security Guard (Current Employee) –  northwestern ontario4 August 2019
The local support is non existent, if you need anything done you are better to go to upper management as the local management does not seem to get things done. Working for the liquor store was not very good. Very boring.

Productive and very sensitive environment to work
Vault Clerk (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON21 July 2019
Nothing so special about the work done. The whole process flow is repetitive, and more physical in nature. Just like any other day inside a warehouse.

Interesting, good for meeting new people
Retail Protection Officer (Former Employee) –  Thunder Bay, ON12 July 2019
The company makes all kinds of promises and never follows through. There is no job security you can bend over backwards for the company; it won’t matter, If you have family in the hospital forget them otherwise you’ll lose your job. Your guaranteed to be missing hours on every second cheque with no response from management is to why then make you wait 2 weeks for the funds. Your not allowed as a retail protection officer you are not allowed to leave the premises of the LCBO not even for lunch. My experience working for this company was horrible.
Pros
Great benefits, Decent wage, meet new ppl, decent hours.
Cons
Poor management, no job security, no back up from union no personal life and work life balance and more.
