About the Role

Scorpium Inc. is a direct sales company partnered with nationally recognized brands across two high-demand industries: payment technology and consumer subscription services.

We're hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our partner brands face-to-face - engaging business owners and consumers, introducing solutions, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

This is a field-based, entry-level role ideal for motivated individuals looking to break into direct sales, brand representation, and business development.

What You'll Do

  • Represent Scorpium's partner brands professionally in the field across the GTA
  • Engage local business owners to introduce Clover POS and payment processing solutions
  • Connect with businesses/consumers to promote a nationally recognized subscription service
  • Identify qualified leads and generate opportunities for our closing team
  • Educate prospects on product benefits through clear, professional conversation
  • Work with experienced mentors to develop your communication and outreach skills

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based - no base salary or hourly rate
  • Weekly payouts based on individual performance
  • Earnings are variable and not guaranteed
  • Top performers in this role earn between $800–$2,000+ per week based on activity and results

This is a commission-only role. Income will vary based on individual effort and performance.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
  • Reliable transportation for field travel throughout the GTA
  • Strong verbal communication and people skills
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • No prior experience required - full training and daily mentorship provided
