Pride Now. Pride Forever.
Pride shouldn’t be just a month. It’s a movement. One that should keep going past the end of June. If true progress is going to be made, companies need to put Pride into practice all year, every year. That way, everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community who is in a job, or looking for one, can always feel welcomed.
We Need to Make Pride a Priority
The support for Pride continually grows from many companies and employers. Yet, LGBTQIA+ employees still face numerous challenges in the workplace:
