Chris Hyams is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Director of Indeed. Chris joined Indeed in 2010 as VP of Product, responsible for technology strategy and innovation. In 2015, Chris became President, assuming additional responsibility for Indeed’s revenue growth and client success. Chris was appointed Indeed CEO in April 2019, leading Indeed’s mission to help people get jobs.
Before Indeed, Chris was Founder of B-Side, a technology platform for independent film analytics, marketing, and distribution. Prior to B-Side, he was Vice President of Engineering at Trilogy Software. Chris holds a Masters in Computer Science from Rice University, and an A.B. in Architecture from Princeton University.
Andrew Hudson is Chief Technology Officer and General Manager for Product Technology at Indeed. In this role, Andrew leads the data platforms, engineering platforms, and product platforms, which allow Indeedians to be data-driven and provide crucial capabilities and product building blocks to product development teams everywhere at Indeed.
Prior to his leadership of the Product Technology group, Andrew was the GM of Job Seeker and continues to provide oversight for that group. Andrew has long been one of Indeed’s chief advocates for job seekers, ensuring that Indeed puts job seekers first in every decision we make about our products and our business.
Andrew taught himself how to write computer programs at a young age. Prior to Indeed, he successfully participated in international programming contests. He reached the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest World Finals within his first two years at college and coached two teams to the World Finals. He then won the prestigious Programming Contest at the International Conference on Functional Programming in 2003.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Information Officer & Chief Security Officer
Anthony Moisant is Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Indeed. In his role as CIO, Anthony leads the teams focused on the internal technology Indeedians rely on to run the business, support employees, and find and retain customers. In his role as CSO, Anthony leads the Security team focused on safeguarding the information job seekers, customers, and employees entrust with Indeed.
Anthony also serves as a senior executive at Indeed’s sister company Glassdoor. He has completed the CIO Executive Program from Boston University and graduated from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine School.
Hiroaki Ogata is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Indeed. In this position, he is responsible for Indeed’s M&A, investment, and partnership activities. He also serves as Head of Investments at Recruit Holdings, Indeed’s parent company, as well as Head of Business Development at HRTech SBU, and Head of International BD at Media & Solutions SBU.
Prior to Indeed, Ogata-san served as Corporate Executive Officer and Head of Global Alliance and Corporate Development at Recruit Holdings. He has a proven track record of successful acquisitions for various Recruit business units, including the 2012 acquisition of Indeed.
Jessica Jensen is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Indeed. She is responsible for brand, communication, product, and acquisition marketing globally. Before joining Indeed, Jessica was CMO at OpenTable. Prior to OpenTable, she led B2B marketing for Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other Meta platforms. She has held leadership roles at Apple and Yahoo! and started her professional career at the Boston Consulting Group. Jessica holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Masters in International Relations from U.C.S.D. and a B.A. from Amherst College.
LaFawn Davis is Senior Vice President of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) at Indeed, leading teams across sustainability, diversity, inclusion and belonging, social impact, inclusive hiring products, and AI ethics. She is a frequent advisor, contributing thought leader, and public speaker. LaFawn has been named in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Women of Impact, Fast Company’s Queer50, and San Francisco Business Times’s Most Influential Women in Business, in addition to being counted among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women. She serves as an Advisory Board member for Lesbians Who Tech & Allies and PowerToFly. LaFawn is also a Limited Partner in Operator Collective, an Angel Investor and a Fellow of the Black Venture Institute.
Lisa Ramirez is Senior Vice President of Operations at Indeed. In her role, she focuses on the operational efficiency and effectiveness of Indeed. Lisa joined Indeed in 2019 as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Before joining Indeed, Lisa was the Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Communications at Netspend. Prior to Netspend, Lisa spent years as a business consultant, serving clients in energy, government, and higher education.
Lisa graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Psychology.
Lowell Brickman is General Counsel and Secretary at Indeed. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s compliance with law and ensuring the company’s risk profile is acceptable to the Indeed Board of Directors and shareholders. He also oversees a team of lawyers and legal specialists, and serves as Corporate Executive Officer (Risk Management Division, International) at Recruit Holdings, Indeed’s parent company.
Lowell has over 25 years of in-house legal experience, focused on the Internet regulatory environment and international law and has been the General Counsel of Indeed since 2012.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
Maggie Hulce is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise at Indeed. In her role, she focuses on shaping product and go-to-market priorities for Indeed’s largest global customers. Maggie joined Indeed in 2016, responsible for building the global Sales Strategy & GPC organizations prior to moving into her GM role in 2019.
Prior to Indeed, Maggie was the Director of Central Sales Strategy & Operations at Google, focused on Google’s largest advertising customers in the Americas. Maggie also spent several years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, serving clients in the retail and CPG industries.
Maggie graduated cum laude from Harvard with a BA in Economics and received her MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Nolan Farris is Chief Revenue Officer of Indeed. In this role, Nolan oversees the company’s Client Success & Sales team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Nolan joined Indeed in 2008 as Vice President of Sales, responsible for building Indeed’s global Sales team, and growing its revenue and market share around the world. Nolan focuses much of his time on collaborating with Indeed’s product, technology & engineering leaders on go-to-market messaging and positioning, and transforming the way Indeed innovates and delivers positive outcomes for both job seekers and employers. Nolan is also the Executive Sponsor for Indeed’s Black Inclusion Group (BIG).
Before Indeed, Nolan spent nine years at Yahoo! in various sales and sales management roles. He also spent two years with the Change Management HR team at Accenture. Nolan holds a bachelor’s degree from Union College. He resides in Southern Connecticut with his wife and four children.
Novo Constare is the VP & General Manager of Staffing Solutions at Indeed. Novo co-founded the staffing platform Syft in 2015 in London, which Indeed acquired in the summer of 2019. In 2020, Syft rebranded as Indeed Flex and currently operates in the US and UK. Novo leads Indeed’s staffing efforts globally, setting out to improve the way in which people get access to temp and agency work via Indeed Flex. Prior to launching Syft, Novo was working in financial markets as a Senior Arbitrage Trader at Chicago-based alternative investments Fund, Tradelink LLC. Novo graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Bristol University in Economics and Philosophy.
Priscilla is the Chief People Officer at Indeed. In this role, Priscilla leads the people and places function for the company, including recruitment and people development, organization effectiveness, rewards and recognition, people operations, culture and inclusion, real estate, and workplace experience.
Prior to joining Indeed, Priscilla held several leadership roles in human resources, talent management, and diversity and inclusion experience at large multinational organizations such as Kellogg’s, DXC Technology (formerly Computer Sciences Corporation), T. Rowe Price, Booz Allen Hamilton, and JPMorgan Chase.
Priscilla holds a Master of Science in Analysis Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics in the United Kingdom. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Ghana and a Strategic Human Resources Certification from Cornell University.
She is also an author of several books including Janju: The Voice of One Girl.
Raj Mukherjee is Executive Vice President and General Manager of SMB at Indeed. Raj is responsible for shaping product and go-to-market priorities for Indeed’s many small to medium business customers globally. He also oversees Indeed’s product growth in international markets as part of the International Business Unit.
Prior to joining Indeed, Raj was Senior Vice President of Product at GoDaddy and responsible for helping their 14 million customers build successful businesses online. He has significant experience with SMB customers and led multiple successful acquisitions for the company.
Previously, Raj worked on the Enterprise Platform team at Google and led Product Management for Domains for Google Apps and Google Drive for enterprises. He was also Senior Product manager for the Online Services division at Microsoft and was responsible for product and business strategy for Office 365.
Raj holds a joint MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley & the Columbia Business School. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University in India.
Sean McSherry is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Finance at Indeed. In this role, Sean shapes Indeed’s investment strategy to drive future growth.
Since joining Indeed in 2012, Sean has steered investments to help drive tremendous revenue and headcount growth, leading Indeed’s FP&A, Sales Ops, and Strategy Teams before overseeing all of finance. Prior to Indeed, Sean held several senior leadership roles in finance, gaining a wealth of experience in areas including investment banking and finance strategy.
Sean lives in Westchester, New York, with his wife and three sons. Sean graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Economics and Management.
Rony Kahan co-founded Indeed in 2004 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Indeed. In addition, Rony is a Board Director of Recruit Holdings, Indeed’s parent company. Rony served as President of Indeed until 2012 and CEO until 2013. Prior to Indeed, in 1998, Rony co-founded jobsinthemoney.com, the leading job site for financial professionals, which he sold to Financial News in 2003. Prior to that, he worked in technology consulting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Rony holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and an Honours BSc in Economics from Texas A&M University.
Hisayuki “Deko” Idekoba is the President, CEO, and Representative Director of the Board of Recruit Holdings, Head of the HR Technology SBU, and currently serves as Board Director of Indeed and Chairman of RGF Staffing. Before being named CEO of Recruit, he was Executive Vice President and COO, responsible for overseeing the company’s overall business operations. Deko led the acquisition of Indeed in 2012 and later served as its CEO from 2013 to 2019.
Deko joined Recruit in 1999 and, over the course of two decades, led the digital transformation of numerous Recruit Group businesses. He was responsible for transitioning print publications and marketing into online businesses across various sectors including travel, beauty, and dining. As a result of his success, Deko was appointed Corporate Executive Officer of Recruit in 2012 and Director of the Board in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Waseda University in Tokyo.
“Sena” Ayano Senaha is COO, Managing Corporate Executive Officer at Recruit Holdings in charge of Human Resources and General Affairs Division, Finance Division, Risk Management Division, and Corporate Planning and Sustainability Transformation in the Corporate Planning Division, and also Board Director at Indeed.
She has played a major role in the rapid globalization of the Company, leading and contributing to a series of post-merger integrations. Six years after joining the company, she was transferred to newly acquired Advantage Group Limited in London in 2012.
She skillfully turned around its financial performance after being appointed Managing Director in 2014. She became Corporate Executive Officer of the Company, Chief of Staff at Indeed in 2018, and Director of the Board of Recruit Holdings in 2020.
