Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of various programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a background in program management. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring program objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The Program Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a positive environment that promotes growth, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, and policies to ensure alignment with organizational mission.
  • Supervise and mentor program staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and community members to facilitate program activities and outreach efforts.
  • Oversee daily operations of programs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports on program performance, outcomes, and financial status for senior management.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote professional development and maintain high standards of service.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise within programs promptly to ensure minimal disruption to services.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in program management or supervisory roles within a related field.
  • Strong background in administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
