Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year
Additional pay:

Wayne Staffing is hiring Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time roles in New York City, surrounding areas (such as Westchester County), and select parts of New Jersey, with full TN Visa sponsorship!
We specialize in tailored placements based on your clinical experience and preferences in the following positions:
<Available RN Positions>
1. Home Infusion Therapy RN
- Administer IV medications in patients’ homes
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Ensure safe medication handling and accurate documentation
2. Private Duty Nurse (Pediatric & Adult Home Care)
- Deliver one-on-one care in home settings
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain care plans
- Flexible scheduling and supportive environment
3. UAS (Uniform Assessment System) RN
- Conduct home-based assessments for Medicaid eligibility
- Work independently with a flexible field schedule
- Use UAS-NY tools to evaluate patient needs
