What You’ll Do:

The Greens Superintendent is responsible to develop and execute a sound management program ensuring the Course retains and improves it’s #13 in Canada ranking. While leading the Resort Grounds Team and execute a world-class landscaping program to enhance our positioning. Develop a strong talent pipeline. Support the Chief Engineer during the Golf off-season, to maximize business performance of the unit. Support the integration of Resort & Golf Operations, ensuring our mission to be Canada’s favourite Golf Resort is clearly articulated and worked towards.

What We’re Looking For:

· 5+ years of leadership experience in Golf Turf required

· Experience and knowledge of irrigation systems required

· Post-secondary education in turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, or related field.

· Pesticide and fertilizer applicator certification and knowledge of WHMIS/OHS.

· Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and planning skills.
