Benefits: Subsidized/furnished housing, Northern living allowance, relocation assistance, comprehensive health/dental benefits, and generous paid travel leaves.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management & Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate certified teachers and education support staff. Facilitate professional development, including supporting educators new to northern environments.

Community Relations: Actively engage with community Elders, parents, and local leadership. Foster an open-door policy that welcomes community involvement in school events and decisions.

School Administration: Oversee the school budget, maintain accurate records, compile funding proposals/reports, and ensure regular reporting to the Education Authority.

Student Well-being: Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing school climate focused on student attendance, mental well-being, and academic success.

Qualifications & Requirements
