We are seeking a Permanent Full-time experienced Civil Litigation Assistant to join our very busy law firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and a passion for litigation.

Duties

- Assist lawyers in managing civil matters

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems

- Perform data entry and handle billing

- Provide general administrative support to lawyers as needed

- Conduct legal search

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, particularly in Civil Litigation

- Meet tight deadlines

- Proficiency in all Microsoft office products

- Dependable and maintains a strong work ethic

- Professional and courteous in dealing with clients and prospective clients

- Ensures accuracy in all tasks, from document preparation to client communications
