Epic Homes is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Assitant to join our team and help sell a new 700 home master-planned community in Maple Ridge.

As a Sales Assistant, you will work on the sales floor in one of our Home Stores, guiding purchasers through the journey of finding their new home. Your success directly impacts our customers’ experience and the overall success of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making Strong Connections with Prospective buyers and the realtor community to generate interest and drive sales
  • Conduct engaging sales demonstrations of homes and the community for visiting customers
  • Implement creative and proactive follow-up strategies to convert connections into purchasers
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM on a daily basis
  • Provide purchasers with regular updates on the status of their home
  • Stay informed on real estate market conditions, local resale inventory and industry trends to act as a trusted new home expert
  • Collaborate with marketing team to generate new connection opportunities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing Epic Homes’ values and promise.
