Our client is a proven leader in the global aerospace sector. They design, produce and deliver innovative solutions with the aim to create a better-connected, safer and more prosperous world. Their cutting-edge products and services – which span the commercial aircraft, helicopter, defense, security and space segments – benefit from their wide-ranging expertise and continued emphasis on innovation. Currently they are looking to add a Learning Management System Deployment Specialist to their team in Mirabel, QC.
As a key member of the Organizational Development & Training (OD) team, the Learning Deployment Business Partner coordinates the optimal use of learning solutions focused on leadership and interpersonal skills for a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees. He or she drives operational efficiency, measures program impact, fosters relationships with partners (internal/external), and acts as a change agent to transform the learning experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Deployment Management
· Manage the entire deployment lifecycle of leadership training sessions, including mentoring, co-development, diversity, and team-building programs.
· Set up the annual training calendar starting from the third quarter and compose groups during registration campaigns to proactively plan needs.
· Liaise and coordinate with focal points at key Airbus sites in the Americas to ensure programs are communicated and deployed consistently.
· Establish regular audit mechanisms to ensure that the quality standards of training delivery are maintained at an impeccable level.
· Collaborate on piloting new learning solutions within the organization and actively coordinate change adoption efforts with the teams.
Operational Logistics Management
· Organize and configure physical locations, catering, required equipment, and room network for all in-person or virtual training sessions.
· Welcome participants to the facilities, ensure the completion of security forms, and send all necessary access information in advance.
· Ensure a daily presence in the room to validate the proper functioning of equipment and ensure learners have everything they need.
· Keep informational documents on the Google Site up to date and respond to daily requests routed to the Leadership University email inbox.
· Independently prepare presentation materials, data graphics, newsletters, and training catalogs to support the internal marketing of the service offering.
Partner Relations and Follow-up
· Support internal or external facilitators, coaches, and consultants by managing their needs for logistics, access management, and invoicing.
· Conduct feedback sessions and post-mortems with trainers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain a level of service excellence.
· Interact closely with the OD consultant and HR partners to provide them with detailed reports and clear visibility into learning activities.
· Formalize and keep deployment process mapping up to date, including the clarification of Roles and Responsibilities (R&R) of stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Performance
· Develop, disseminate, and analyze satisfaction survey results and conduct focus groups as needed to measure the overall effectiveness of learning solutions.
· Translate data related to utilization and experience into significant results to optimize the various training management processes.
· Ensure the analysis of performance indicators related to training activities on a quarterly basis.
· Actively participate in the department's digital transformation by collaborating on the integration of new digital and reporting tools.
Sought Profile:
· Possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, project management, or any other equivalent university education.
· Hold 1 to 3 years of experience in training coordination, customer service, or a related role within a talent management or training team.
· Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, fluid communication both orally and in writing, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
· Exhibit great autonomy, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive posture towards organizational challenges, including risk anticipation and mitigation.
· Show a strong capacity for adaptation and an ease in evolving constructively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
· Master both French and English perfectly, written and spoken, to collaborate daily with international stakeholders.
· Be particularly comfortable with Google Suite tools and demonstrate agility or a marked interest in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Il est présentement à la recherche d'un spécialiste du déploiement de systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage pour son équipe de Mirabel, au Québec.
En tant que membre clé de l'équipe Développement organisationnel et formation (DO), le partenaire d'affaires en déploiement de l'apprentissage coordonne l'utilisation optimale des solutions d'apprentissage axées sur le leadership et les compétences interpersonnelles pour un effectif d'environ 4 000 employés. Il ou elle optimise l’efficacité opérationnelle, mesure l’impact des programmes, entretient des relations avec les partenaires (internes et externes) et agit comme agent de changement pour transformer l’expérience d’apprentissage.
Responsabilités principales :
Gestion du déploiement
- Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie du déploiement des séances de formation en leadership, y compris les programmes de mentorat, de codéveloppement, de diversité et de consolidation d’équipe. Établir le calendrier annuel de formation à partir du troisième trimestre et constituer les groupes lors des campagnes d'inscription afin d'anticiper les besoins.
- Assurer la liaison et la coordination avec les intervenants clés des principaux sites Airbus en Amérique afin d'assurer la cohérence de la communication et du déploiement des programmes.
- Mettre en place des mécanismes d'audit réguliers pour assurer un niveau de qualité irréprochable pour la prestation des formations.
- Collaborer au déploiement de nouvelles solutions d'apprentissage au sein de l'organisation et accompagner activement les équipes dans l'adoption du changement.
Gestion logistique opérationnelle
- Organiser et configurer les espaces physiques, la restauration, le matériel nécessaire et le réseau des salles pour toutes les séances de formation, en personne ou à distance.
- Accueillir les participants, s'assurer du remplissage des formulaires de sécurité et leur envoyer à l'avance toutes les informations d'accès nécessaires.
- Assurer une présence quotidienne dans les salles pour vérifier le bon fonctionnement du matériel et s'assurer que les apprenants disposent de tout le nécessaire.
- Maintenir à jour les documents d'information sur le site Google et répondre aux demandes quotidiennes adressées à la boîte courriel de Leadership University.
- Préparer de manière autonome les supports de présentation, les graphiques, les bulletins d'information et les catalogues de formation pour soutenir la promotion interne de l'offre de services.
Relations avec les partenaires et suivi
- Offrir du soutien aux animateurs, coachs et consultants internes et externes en gérant leurs besoins logistiques, d'accès et de facturation.
- Animer des séances de rétroaction et des analyses post-formation avec les formateurs afin d'identifier les axes d'amélioration continue et de maintenir un niveau de service d'excellence.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le consultant en développement organisationnel et les partenaires RH pour leur fournir des rapports détaillés et une visibilité claire sur les activités de formation.
- Formaliser et tenir à jour la cartographie des processus de déploiement, notamment en clarifiant les rôles et responsabilités des parties prenantes.
Analyse des données et rendement
- Élaborer, diffuser et analyser les résultats des sondages de satisfaction et animer des groupes de discussion, au besoin, afin de mesurer l'efficacité globale des solutions de formation.
- Transformer les données relatives à l'utilisation et à l'expérience en résultats concrets pour optimiser les différents processus de gestion de la formation.
- Assurer l'analyse trimestrielle des indicateurs de rendement liés aux activités de formation.
- Participer activement à la transformation numérique du département en collaborant à l'intégration de nouveaux outils numériques et de reporting.
Profil recherché :
- Posséder un baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration, en gestion de projet ou un diplôme universitaire équivalent.
- Posséder de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en coordination de formations, service à la clientèle ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'une équipe de gestion des talents ou de formation.
- Faire preuve d'excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, d'une communication fluide à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et d'un grand souci du détail.
- Faire preuve d'une grande autonomie, d'un esprit d'équipe et d'une approche proactive face aux enjeux organisationnels, notamment en matière d'anticipation et de gestion des risques.
- Faire preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et d'une aisance à évoluer de manière constructive dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
- Maîtriser parfaitement le français et l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, afin de collaborer au quotidien avec des interlocuteurs internationaux.
- Avoir une excellente maîtrise des outils Google Workspace et démontrer une agilité ou un intérêt marqué pour l'utilisation des plateformes de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS).
