Full job description

Air Unlimited Inc. is seeking a driven and self-motivated Industrial Equipment Sales Representative – Blower Systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships related to industrial blower systems and related products. This individual will build and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. With a combination of technical knowledge, initiative, and customer focus, the Sales Representative will play a key role in driving company growth and strengthening Air Unlimited Inc.’s professional reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities while growing and maintaining existing customer accounts
  • Sell industrial blower systems (including positive displacement, centrifugal, and regenerative blowers) and related products to new and existing clients
  • Contact engineering firms to assist with system design and technical specifications
  • Review tender documents on a weekly basis and respond accordingly
  • Prepare and provide accurate quotations, and follow up with customers on new and existing projects
  • Collaborate effectively with the Service Department to support new business, key accounts, and parts sales
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team environment
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to customers
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and business development goals
  • Introduce new products, technologies, and technical updates to customers
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings and follow the Impact Sales Process
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to all Air Unlimited clients
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and professional approach
  • Strong written, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Experience selling to OEM manufacturing clients is a definite asset
  • Background in industrial or technical sales is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of blower applications such as wastewater treatment, pneumatic conveying, aeration, vacuum, and process air is considered an asset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for out-of-town work

Education and Training:

  • Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering or Technology (EIT, CET, EET) is considered an asset.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
  • Valid Passport required for occasional travel.
